  • A free demo is available; no free trial is offered
  • Payments must be made in advance
  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind

7. Service Availability

Our Services are offered on a best effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim any Service Level Agreement (SLA).

8. Data Accuracy

We do not verify the accuracy of user or customer data captured during calls. You are solely responsible for validating, correcting, and confirming all appointments, bookings, and call information generated through our AI.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in HiThere AI software, models, and content remain the sole property of HiThere AI. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services.

10. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Engage in prohibited use

11. Limitation of Liability

HiThere AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to lost profits, missed calls, or lost data.
